Final Stages of The Project
With the end in sight the team are now in the final stages of the project and have completed all neccesary documentation (with the exception of an additional project management annexe report to be written for the University of Strathclyde). On completion of all technical aspects of the project, the team returned to Scotland in time for Christmas.
Following the Christmas break, time has been taken for the team to meet and reflect on the project as a whole, prior to the creation of the project management annexe report. The team are now focussing on tying up all loose ends as well as planning the final project presentation. Morale within the team is noticeably high having completed the project in plenty of time and to a standard that all members are confident with. Follow up meetings have been prepared to review the management annexe alongside discussions regarding the final presentation.
